CCAC 2
Project funded by the UN under the CCAC and EDF strategic action. It aims to determine the release of methane from natural gas and oil extraction sites in the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Algeria.
As part of the project, the AGH team is tasked with measuring mobile methane concentrations in gas and oil production areas in the Middle East.
In 2019 a test campaign was organized in the United Arab Emirates. Approximately 1000 km of roads and wilderness were driven, equipment was tested in desert conditions.
